Get Huge traffic from Twitter - Make Money using Twitter

Money can be made from the internet. I have been doing this since last 5 years now. So I am a living example of it. But one has to be very patient. I was unable to make even paisa for a period of 6 months initially. I decided to stick to one niche and start promoting it on the internet. And hence I started making good money online. So choose one niche and start promiting it at related websites or blogs or forums etc on the internet. This is kind of a hard work. But once your niche or your blo'g or websites url is present at many places on the web, you are done. You have successfully created backlinks to your page and people will keep visiting your page even when you are sleeping. So you are making money even when you are sleeping.

So when it comes to make money online, the most important thing is the traffic. If you have people visiting to your website or blog, yo uare done. You just need to keep your blog or website updating with articles and content; once or twice a week.
Now the question is how do you get traffic and where do you get traffic from ?

As I already said, traffic can come from related websites and blogs. suppose your blog or website talks about medicines and health, then you should search for similar websites and blogs on the internet. and then register on those websites and be an active member there and post links to your website or blog on that website. This way you will redirect users or visitors of that website to your website. This is a great but very labourious way of building traffic.

Another great way is a website called twitter. Twitter is famous these days (year 2011). Take the advantage of the moment and drive traffic to your blog or website using twitter. Open an account in twitter. Do following things to generate good traffic from twitter.

1) Your username should reflect your niche - your username of twitter account should be such that it reflects your niche. for example, if your niche is making money online, then your username should be something like money_free, make_moneywith_me etc.

2) create a nice attracting twitter profile - your profile should speak about your niche or business. create a background photo or image which describes your business using a logo.

3) reply to the tweets of people - get engaged in the discussion. make people feel that you are present on twitter. This will create a sense of faith in other people about your website or your blog and they will visit it.

4) Don't spam - Don't enter spam tweets. tweets which focuses only yuor pushing one's website on twitter or called spam tweets and have no meaning. people hardly give any attention to them.

5) Follow people who belong to the same niche as you are - So search for people belonging to your niche on twitter and follow them and also reply to their tweets and visit their websites and blogs and tell them that you visited there website and praise it.

6)Put your site or blog in your profile - try to comple your profile as full as possible. Completed profiles are gievn good value in twitter search results. attach your photo to your profile, your original photo to make more genuine. This will help you make more monet online.

7)Make sure that you appear in search results of twitter - when someone searches about your niche on twitter and he/she finds your name first on twitter, you get huge traffic to your website or blog. how do you get to the first or first 10 search results of twitter? you can do so by twitting regularly and by being a diciple of twitter. tweet on twitter religiously and tweet things which make sense to people. people love real time tweets. some bloggers report that they get more traffic from twitter than from google. It all depends upon what and how frequent you tweet on twitter.

So the bottom line is that be an active member of twitter and tweet regularly and create a nice image on twitter, an image which can be trusted and then slowly start promoting your blog or website on twitter.
